Arimar´s new 85,000 square meters state-of-the-art facilities have the latest generation of stone transformation machinery from the World´s leading brands such as Pedrini and GMM.
Stone transformation is a multi-step process carried out by the different specialized machines of the factory. With these machines we can transform the materials from our own quarries as well as any other stone available on the market, carrying put the entire process in-house.
One of the new features we have in our facilities is a multiwire machine that has the most advanced technology and offers us great production capacity, reducing cutting times. Pedrini’s Multiwire Jupiter GS230-MF56 transforms marble blocks into slabs of different thicknesses by cutting with 56 diamond wires, offering great product versatility.
One of our latest additions has been a Pedrini Resinline resin machine with which we reinforce the slabs for greater strength, making sure the final product arrives to our clients in the best possible conditions and with superior resistance.
Our facilities have a new Pedrini Galaxy B220MX polishing line in which we provide the material with the highest quality and variety of finishes, such as honed, polished, bush hammered, sandblasted, brushed or any combination of these.
Within the cutting line we have several machines designed for this, such as the GMM Extra 400 CN2, the GMM Egil 700 CN2 and the latest 5 Axis GMM Litox 1000 with 3D working capacity, all intended to produce different sizes of slabs and tiles and in different thicknesses, as well as any type of engraving and molding. Thanks to this, we can offer a wide spectrum of products that have the highest quality offered on the market and proven durability for any project.
We have made a big investment to minimize water consumption, designing the entire production facilities with this goal in mind.
All these efforts are complemented by our state-of-the-art water treatment plant, with capacity to treat and recycle 300.000 liters/hour, making the daily consumption extremely low.
